Baby Yoga

Our Baby Yoga class is designed for children ages 0–3 and gives little bodies what they need most: gentle strength building, growing flexibility, and better body awareness. We keep groups small and milestone focused so each child gets the right support for their age and development, offering soothing support that helps their bodies feel comfortable, regulated, and ready to move. With soft stretches, comforting deep pressure input, and simple balance play, kids get rich sensory experiences that help them organize movement and feel calm.

Calm Movement for Growing Bodies

In the chaos of everyday parenting, dedicating time for your little one to move, regulate, and feel at ease can be tough. Baby Yoga gives them a calm space to explore movement and settle their senses. We keep it simple and child-led, adjusting to how they are that day.

Designed for ages 0–3, the class uses soft, child-sized movement to build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Gentle stretches, comforting deep pressure, and steady rhythms feed the sensory system, helping small bodies organize movement and settle.

We keep groups small and milestone focused so activities fit where your child is right now, whether they are rolling, sitting, crawling, or taking early steps. Kids can look, try, wiggle, take a lap, and come back. Over time you may notice more confident movement, smoother transitions, and a little person who knows their body better.

What to Expect in Class

Each Yoga class begins with a welcome circle where parents can settle in, say hello, and introduce their little ones. It’s a simple routine that sets a calm tone and helps you connect with other families.

We then guide you through simple, age appropriate movements designed to promote healthy development. For younger babies, that can look like gentle leg movements for tummy comfort and lots of calming moves you do together. For toddlers, we’ll work on balance and relaxation, while giving space to move when they need it.
