Our Baby Yoga class is designed for children ages 0–3 and gives little bodies what they need most: gentle strength building, growing flexibility, and better body awareness. We keep groups small and milestone focused so each child gets the right support for their age and development, offering soothing support that helps their bodies feel comfortable, regulated, and ready to move. With soft stretches, comforting deep pressure input, and simple balance play, kids get rich sensory experiences that help them organize movement and feel calm.
