We train the movements you actually use, like car seat pick-ups, stroller loading, and floor-to-stand transitions, while reinforcing breath, posture, and core-smart strategies that ease the strain of feeding, rocking, and babywearing. Your baby can stay close on your mat, in a carrier, or resting in the stroller beside you, and we’ll offer options for holding or wearing them during sets. Leave class feeling steadier, stronger, and more confident in your body and your day.

What to Expect in Class

This class focuses on practical, postpartum-friendly fitness. You’ll build everyday strength and core awareness with movements that make life with your baby feel easier. Sessions may use your baby as light “weight,” include gentle resistance work, and practice patterns you use everyday.
