Restore Your Core® is about reclaiming strength, gently, intentionally, and from the inside out. Designed for postpartum bodies, this class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment to support deep core and pelvic floor healing. Led by a certified Restore Your Core® instructor, you’ll rebuild from the foundation up, regaining confidence, posture, and strength that supports you in everyday life.

"Bouncing Back" the Right Way

Finding your strength again after having a baby isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about rebuilding smarter. Restore Your Core® is a gentle, restorative movement class that helps you reconnect with your body and rebuild true, functional strength. Guided by a certified Restore Your Core® instructor, you’ll learn to move with awareness and intention, retraining how your core and pelvic floor work together to support you in everyday life.

Each class is calm, supportive, and designed for your pace. Over time, you may notice your posture improving, your balance returning, and that grounded, confident feeling of being at home in your body again.

What to Expect in Class

Each Restore Your Core® class is gentle, steady, and focused on helping you feel truly supported in your body again. You’ll move through a mindful blend of breathwork, posture work, and functional exercises that rebuild strength from the foundation up. With personal guidance from your certified instructor, every movement can be tailored to your comfort level and recovery stage, because no two postpartum journeys look exactly the same.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, focusing on how your body feels rather than how it looks. You’ll learn how to activate deep core muscles, release unnecessary tension, and reconnect to the movements that carry you through everyday life like lifting, bending, reaching, and even just breathing more easily.

Classes are calm, encouraging, and never rushed. Over time, you may notice subtle shifts, less tension, better posture, smoother movement, and a growing sense of confidence in how your body supports you.
