What to Expect in Class
Each Workout With Baby session kicks off with a dynamic warm-up designed to loosen tight muscles and get your energy flowing. We’ll guide you through a rotating mix of exercises; bodyweight movements like lunges and squats, core strengthening sequences, and optional baby-inclusive moves where your little one can become part of the workout.
Babies can be in a carrier, on a mat, or in your arms, whatever works that day. Some days they’ll nap, some days they’ll coo along, and some days they’ll need extra cuddles. Don’t worry if you’re new to exercise or getting back into it postpartum. It’s all welcome here. You’ll get plenty of encouragement and modifications from your instructor so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
