Our Yoga with Baby class is the perfect way to get some stretch and relaxation in while having your baby right by your side! You’ll flow through gentle poses, deep breaths, and calming stretches that help you build strength and release tension, all while keeping your little one close.
Whether they’re lying on the mat beside you, watching you move, or even joining in with their own little wiggles, it’s a fun way to bond, get some gentle exercise, and feel recharged, no babysitter needed!

Modifications are always offered so every caregiver and every baby can move at their own pace. Some days your little one might stretch right along with you, and other days they’ll just rest nearby. Both are perfect!

What to Expect in Class
Each class begins with a short welcome and gentle breathing exercises to help you slow down and settle in. From there, we’ll move through easy, grounding stretches that release tension in all the usual spots, shoulders, hips, and back, the ones that work hardest when you’re caring for a little one.
