Snuggles & Milestones
Snuggles & Milestones is a unique class led by a pediatric physical therapist to help your baby under 6 months old hit their developmental milestones while strengthening that beautiful bond with you, their biggest cheerleader!

Music & Movement
Our Music & Movement class is both joyful and intentional. Led by a music therapist, we turn children’s songs into brain-building play for babies and toddlers (0-3 years). With happy hello and goodbye songs, real instruments in hand, and colorful scarves to throw in the air, little ones can sing their way through early language, motor skills, and self-regulation. Our small age-based groups keep things warm, personal, and development focused. Come join us for a class full of fun, dancing and real growth.

Postpartum Yoga

We’ll help you reakwaken core stability, improve mobility, and ease shoulder, back, and hip tightness from feeding and carrying your little one. Keep your baby snuggled on you or resting on your mat as you exhale stress and rebuild comfort and confidence.
Art Class
Get ready for a messy, creative adventure in our Art Class! It’s all about letting your tiny human explore colors and textures in a fun, hands-on approach. From drawing on paper to squishing paint with their tiny hands, watch your baby express themselves in a fun, sensory-rich way. And don’t worry if they try to taste the paint, everything we use is totally safe to eat! For the kiddos who aren’t fans of getting messy, we’ve got you covered! Head over to the carpet for some clean fun, like watching colorful scarves change when you layer them or shaking a bottle of water, paint, and glitter to see how they mix together.

You’ll move through simple, functional exercises that build strength and boost energy, all while your baby stays close. Whether they’re snuggled in a carrier, playing on the mat, or giggling along as you squat and lunge, this class makes fitness feel doable and joyful. It’s a welcoming space to connect, move, and take care of yourself, together.
Postpartum Workout
Our Postpartum Workout class helps you rebuild strength and confidence in a safe, baby-friendly space. Led by an instructor who understands postpartum recovery, the class focuses on functional movements that make everyday life like lifting, carrying, and kneeling, feel easier. You’ll ease aches from feeding and baby care while supporting safe core and pelvic floor recovery.
Restore Your Core
Restore Your Core® helps you reconnect with your body from the inside out. This restorative postpartum class blends mindful movement and functional strength to rebuild core and pelvic floor health. Led by a certified Restore Your Core® instructor, you’ll learn how to move with intention, support healing, and feel stronger in everyday life.
