Tell us about your little one, your theme, estimated child guest count, and any add-ons. Add-ons selected later are paid in full when confirmed. We’ll send your digital invitations to share with guests.

Show up and celebrate
Your final child guest count is due 10 days before the party, and your remaining package balance is due 7 days before. Arrive 30 minutes early to add your personal touches; we handle cleanup. Any additional children or last-minute extras can be paid for on party day.

What ages are Baby University birthday parties best for?
Our space is designed for children ages 0–6, with soft play, climbing, and pretend play for every age and stage. It’s a great fit for first birthdays, second and third birthdays, and preschool parties.
How long is a party, and what times are available?
DIY, Premium, and VIP parties are 2 hours, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. You get 30 minutes before your party to come in and set up, and you can add extra time for $50 per 30 minutes.
The Private Party runs from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. We close to the public 30 minutes early that day so your group has all of Baby University to yourselves.
Is Baby University open to other families during my party?
For DIY, Premium, and VIP parties, your party room is private, and Baby University stays open to other families, so you’ll share the playground and lounge. If you’d like the whole space to yourselves, we recommend booking the private party package.
How many kids are included?
DIY, Premium, and VIP include 15 children. The Private Party includes 20 children. Additional guests are $15 per child (DIY), $18 per child (Premium), or $22 per child (VIP and Private).
Will someone help us during the party?
Every package includes party room setup and cleanup. VIP and Private parties also include a designated party support staff member to help coordinate the celebration, assist with transitions, and keep things running smoothly.
Do you set up and clean up?
Yes, in every package. Our team sets up the party room and handles cleanup after. You also get 30 minutes before your party to add personal touches, like your cake or family photos.
What does the party decor look like?
Premium: a color-coordinated table setup with balloon centerpieces and table runners, so the room feels festive the moment you walk in.
VIP and Private: everything above, plus a balloon photo backdrop. It’s the spot for smash-cake grins, family photos, and the pictures you’ll want to frame.
Custom themed decor ($100 add-on): we bring your little one’s favorite thing to life with themed paper goods, balloons and a photo backdrop to match your theme, a themed banner, and sweet little props on the tables, with balloons on one table and a themed centerpiece on the other. Is food included?
Premium includes 3 pizzas and juice boxes. VIP includes 3 pizzas, juice boxes, and lemonade, plus a coffee and tea station for parents. The Private Party includes 4 pizzas and juice boxes. DIY lets you plan the food your way. You can also add a charcuterie board ($65), a fruit platter ($50), extra pizza, birthday cake or cupcakes, and kosher options.
Is a birthday gift included?
A birthday gift for your little one is included with Premium, VIP, and Private parties. The DIY package does not include a birthday gift.
Can you do a first birthday party with a smash cake?
Yes. First birthdays are some of our favorite parties. Add our first birthday setup ($125) and ask us about a smash cake. A photo backdrop is included with VIP and Private, or you can add one to any package for $80.
Where is Baby University, and do you serve Denver?
We’re at 10255 E 25th Ave. #11 in Aurora, CO 80010. Families come to us from Aurora, Denver, Central Park, Lowry, Park Hill, and across the Denver metro area.
When are payments due?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves your party date. Your final child guest count is due 10 days before your celebration, and the remaining package balance is due 7 days before. Add-ons selected at booking are paid in full at the time of booking; add-ons requested later are paid in full when confirmed. Any children attending beyond your confirmed count, or last-minute extras, can be paid for on the day of your party.
Booking less than 7 days before your party? Your remaining package balance is due right after booking, plus a rush fee to cover last-minute supplies: $50 for DIY, $75 for Premium, $100 for VIP, and $125 for Private. For rush parties, decor colors (paper goods, tablecloths, and balloons) are subject to availability. Parties must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
Are birthday deposits refundable?
Birthday party deposits are nonrefundable. Please review your booking details carefully before reserving your date. Contact us if you need to discuss a date change.
