Back to Movement is a 4-week postpartum series led by a pelvic floor physical therapist and designed to help moms safely reconnect with movement after birth. Through guided, functional strength training and expert support, you’ll build confidence, improve stability, and learn practical movement strategies for the everyday demands of motherhood.

Back to Movement focuses on rebuilding foundational strength through functional movements that support real life. Together we’ll explore breathing, core connection, pelvic floor awareness, lifting mechanics, carrying strategies, balance, and movement patterns commonly used throughout parenthood.

This isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about building a stronger foundation, feeling confident in your body, and learning how to move in ways that support your long-term health.

This 4-week series meets once per week in a small, supportive group setting led by a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist.

Each class combines education, guided movement, and practical strategies you can immediately apply at home. As the weeks progress, we’ll gradually build strength and confidence while addressing the physical demands of caring for a baby.
