Every cohort is supported by a Village Ambassador—a fellow mom who helps create the warm, welcoming community that makes The Mom Village so special. While our guest experts provide guidance, our Village Ambassadors help cultivate the friendships and connections that continue long after each cohort ends.
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for one mom in each cohort who naturally enjoys bringing people together.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Love meeting new people.
- Make others feel welcome and included.
- Enjoy organizing coffee dates or playdates.
- Believe community matters.
- Want to help other moms feel less alone.
You don’t need to have all the answers—you simply care about helping people connect.
What you'll do
As a Village Ambassador, you’ll help your cohort by:
- Welcoming new members.
- Encouraging conversation and connection.
- Helping the friendships grow beyond weekly meetups by encouraging playdates, coffee dates, and other opportunities to connect.
- Celebrating milestones and graduation together.
Think of yourself as the heart of your village—not its leader.
