Mommy & Me Pilates is a chance to move your body without needing to find a babysitter. Designed for moms at any stage, this gentle, full-body class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and increasing mobility while your little one stays by your side.
Babies can watch, play, or join in when they want—there’s no right or wrong way to join in!
